November Sigil: Ancestral Apex
“No tree, it is said, can grow to Heaven unless its roots reach down to Hell.”
For centuries and centuries, for millennia after millennia, our ancestors have toiled and struggled. The went through wars, slavery, poverty, famine, persecution, and intolerable regimes, to get us here. What is here? Well, it seems as if we are primed for an evolutionary leap. All that our blessed ancestors went through to put us into a much more affluent situation (more or less), almost seem to be for naught, as we face many compounding factors that could take all their work away. This is what the bottom circles of the sigil represent. The many generations of previous tribes, communities and families that have stuck through it. Were they perfect? Fuck no! But they tried their best in very trying times. And they did wonderfully under the circumstances. It benefits us all to be thankful for what has come before. Without them, we would not have this chance at a greater life. Not only individually, but culturally as well. Well, it seems as if its reached its apex. Its zenith. All living things (including societies and social structures) naturally reach their peak and then start to fade when their job is done. In this instance their job for the continued evolution and consciousness expansion of humanity, by creating a relatively stable, structured material reality. Of course, we now see the cracks in that reality, and it seems to be falling apart rather quickly.
But we need not cling onto past endeavors, nor can we reject them either. The ancestors have built a foundation for us to stand on, and to perhaps leap off of!
It is not the death of civilization, it is a change, a mutation, an evolution. For although we have received many blessings from our heritage, we have also inherited the collective wounds and traumas of a multitude of sins and grievances. Much of what seems insurmountable.
Now is the time to belong to the greater reality. This is represented by the new spiral symbols at the head of the sigil. The spirals, or vortexes represent chaos, instability, and confusion,. They also represent creativity, spontaneity, and evolution. The essence of life. This is a big wave that’s coming. We need to know how to ride that wave. We need to tap into our intuition in way that we have barely known before. This is the start of the New Wave. We are the first humans to embark on this perilous and fantastic journey. And with luck, there will be those who will inherit our endeavors and continue riding that wave!
This is what this sigil represents. A reminder of WHY we put ourselves through all of this in the first place. To recognize we are in the long chain of humanity. That many have come before us and that many will come after us. Our insights, our illusions, our triumphs, our traumas. This is a dream long in the making. This sigil is also instructing us to make these changes, to heal, to grow, to create! Actually we do not need to ‘make’ them, we just need to create space in our lives for them to manifest and take shape. We then ride their wave. And with the grace of God, watch miracles happen in our lives that promote more of these changes.
The bowl, womb looking shape that marks the beginning of the spirals represents this protective force in our lives when we are in accordance with this evolutionary force. And when in accordance, life events will unfold in a way that will encourage us to continue to live this way. Life will recognize our importance in the evolution of consciousness and will want to keep us around! This has been my experience. And the experience of many that I have been fortunate to know.

The challenge is, of course, is that we cannot rely on the lessons of our past to navigate this new world. It is the untrodden path. It can be perilous, uncertain and downright terrifying. This is where faith comes in. If our lineage has survived this long to get us here, we can survive any challenge if we have even a small modicum of faith. Faith in ourselves, faith in life, and faith in a higher power that we can call upon, when in great need.
Which brings us to dreams. It is also a reminder that all events leading up to your life right now have created a chance for you to follow your soul’s path in a way that is completely unprecedented! It may seem small in comparison to the great sweeping changes we see in history books, but the greatest changes can come from the smallest things. Oak trees start as acorns after all. We can then see that our own small, personal changes can ripple out many generations, and many branches towards the future. They form new paradigms, and cultural shifts. You will be that ancestor, looked upon with the same reverence, confusion and awe as you look upon yours.
