March Sigil: Trouble Transformer

Chaos seems to be a general theme, a daily thing. Many of us have not yet fully come to terms with this. Many of us are still bouncing off one another. Frantic. Confused. This is part of it. Large transformations currently require large crises.

And so if you are on the Path, and you are transmuting all that you can so you can stay centered, you will feel less like this. BUT, we live in a world with other people. And some of these others are struggling to keep it together. Some of us are fortunate enough in that we have less dealings with such people. For those of us who have more frequent dealings with others, this might feel a little draining. Scary even. This sigil is one answer to this problem.

How do we stay centered and loving, dealing with necessary conflicts, while also catching strays from strangers, or having seemingly unnecessary fights with loved ones? One such way is energetic discernment, along with extra capacity to transform much of the confrontational energies coming our way.

A sigil is a way to contain our intentions, and have a ready vessel so remind us of our intentions whenever we visualize or stare at it. It also needs to represent in symbolic form the intention we want to set.

The more we use the sigil the more quickly and fully we bring on the desired result.

With so much chaos right now (and by chaos I mean the underlying energy of the times, the feeling of change and uncertainty), many are becoming ungrounded, lost in their minds, or their emotions. Perhaps less aware of their surroundings, or too quick to jump to anger when things get difficult. Of course, we are all subject to this, and we must work on ourselves daily to keep grounded and aware. But, we also need some measure of protection. Not all conflicts are necessary in revealing our blind spots. Some are simply the result of others lashing out because they are afraid.

As we move further along our soul’s path, (and not the ‘ass-holes’ path. Get it? It’s sometimes easy to get the two mixed up. But I digress!) the more we need to discern what is best for that path, and what can be left out. The less interactions we have with those who are a drain on our energy, and the more we congregate around those who we vibe with, that we recognize as necessary people in our lives to keep us honest and who will support us.

We also start to discern the difference between unnecessary and necessary conflict.

Some conflicts are necessary in our growth, to humble us, to make us question our stance or actions in life. That require us to bear our hearts, to forgive, or to simply fight for our lives!

For others, we do not need such reasons. We just need to say “No thank you!” And create a solid wall., between us and them. I foresee these kinds of conflicts escalating in the future.

Directions:

For this sigil. Imagine yourself in the center. In the small circle. Around you is a protective bubble. This is the outer circle. Nothing can enter this space without your express approval!

Attached to the outer circles are your tools. One set of tools are the half circles, that look like bowls. The others are the spiral circles.

The half circles are your catchers!! Any stray bullets coming from others, and outside the circle, will land in these catchers, preventing them from entering your space. These are the random encounters, the emotions looking for an open receptacle, or a worthy foe! We are going to be neither. Neutral. Placid. Unmovable. Allowing. We don’t need to fix this problem. Not our circus, not our monkeys! Let the energy move away for them to find another to attach to. We can feel if a battle is worth fighting. If we find ourselves getting attached, and wanting to react, just bring this sigil up again. See the energy get caught and released.

The spirals are the transformers. These take the energies we need to own, to honor and wrestle with. These are the meaningful encounters that will, eventually enrich our lives, and bless us with deeper insight, or make us stronger in our boundaries, become more compassionate etc.

Imagine that energy entering these spirals, and being transformed. Any raw energy will be spin cycled into something more palatable to our energy. We can allow that energy in, where we can view it, experience it, forgive it. We can integrate it by allowing any insights it needs to bring into our hearts.

This is where our imaginations can really shine. We can check in on that energy by visualising it entering our little transformers. When it is ready to be integrated, we can visualize it and ask where we are in the process of integration.

A great meditation for this is Ho’opono’pono. Originally a communal practice of forgiveness from Hawai’i. Now adapted for personal use. It means ‘To Get Right Within’. A simple mantra one can say over and over:

Thank You

I Love You

I’m Sorry

Please Forgive Me

I have used this practice throughout my life, and I can attest to its simple efficacy. Brings up all sorts of emotions and insights.

So try it out when out in the big wide world. The more you use it the more effective it shall be.
